CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations.
Refund will be made after the Conference.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation on and before 31st December 2013 : 50% refund
1st January 2013 onwards : Nil

NAME BADGES
Official conference badges will be issued to registered delegates and accompanying persons upon
registration. For security purposes name badges must be worn at all times throughout the meeting and for
entry into congress venue and events. The Organising Committee reserves the right not to allow entry for
any person without an official congress badge. In the event any delegate should lose his / her congress
badge, a report must be made immediately to the Congress Registration and to apply for a replacement.

CATERING
Coupons will be issued for Congress Lunch and invitation cards for the, Welcome Reception and Gala
Dinner and all scheduled refreshnment breaks. Refreshments will be served from designated areas in the
exhibition area.

CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Your Certificate of Attendance will be with your registration documents. Kindly ensure that your name is
spelted correctly in your registration form.
